👋 Meet the ESN BFI Vienna Team

Welcome to ESN BFI Vienna! We are part of the Erasmus Student Network, the largest student association in Europe. Our mission is to make every exchange student feel at home, foster international friendships, and create unforgettable experiences during your stay in Austria. Behind every trip, party, and welcome event is a passionate team of student volunteers working hard to bring ESN BFI Vienna to life.

🧭 The Board

Our leadership team keeps the section running smoothly and represents ESN BFI Vienna both nationally and internationally.

• President – Leads the entire team, coordinates between departments, represents our section at national and European meetings, and ensures that all activities align with our mission.

• Vice President – Supports coordination within the team and steps in wherever needed.

• Treasurer – Manages our finances, oversees budgets, and ensures events remain fun, accessible, and affordable for all students.

Our ECM (Events, Communication & Media) team is the heartbeat of our activities and communication with students

• 📣 Social Media & Communication Coordinators 

Manage our social media channels, create engaging content, design graphics, and keep students informed about everything happening in ESN BFI Vienna. They make sure you never miss an event or update!

• 🎉 Event Coordinator

The brain behind the fun! Plans and organizes all events, trips, and parties. The Event Coordinator makes sure you’re always having the time of your life.

• Finance Coordinators

Work closely with the Treasurer to manage event registrations, track budgets, process orders, and handle the ESNcards. They make sure everything runs smoothly behind the scenes so events stay affordable and enjoyable.

Leads the recruitment of new members, ensures a smooth onboarding process, and supports volunteers in developing their skills and feeling part of the team.

• Team Coordinators

Organize internal team events, coordinate the semesterly Team Building event, and work to create a motivated, connected, and enthusiastic team environment.

Our amazing Active Members are the heart of the team! They help with events, trips, welcome weeks, and more. You’ll see them behind the bar, leading city tours, checking tickets, or just dancing next to you at the party.
