Buddy Game Night with ESN

Spend quality time with your Buddy! Have fun playing boardgames/ card games or other games with your fellow Exchange students and their Buddies at UAS BFI Vienna all in the name of Charity as part of ESN’s #SocialInclusionWeek.

Take your buddy with you and be part of our Social Erasmus Event on the 4th of December 2018 at 18:00 and register for our Raffle.
Donations can be made throughout the evening on a voluntary basis, we will set up a donation box for this charity event. 
All donations will go towards buying chocolate and sweets for children in mother-child homes to gift to during St. Nicolas celebrations.

ADDITIONAL RAFFLE FOR ALL
EXCHANGE STUDENTS AND THEIR BUDDIES 

Among all participants (Exchange Students and their Buddies) of this event we will raffle one hundred Energy Drinks of REALMix. All Exchange Students and their Buddy who would like to participate, must register together and be present at the UAS BFI Vienna during the Event. The prize draw will take place at the end of the Event. Please read the Condition of Participation below.
Please take your ESN Card with you to avoid misunderstandings. Since this raffle is exclusively for exchange students and their buddies.

Eligibility: 

• full 18th birthday 
• ESN and REALMIX assume no liability for the misuse of the drinks
• The legal process, as well as a cash payment of the profit are not possible
• Participation is only possible by filling in the registration form 
• Only for Exchange Students and their Buddies, who will participate at the event on 04.12.2018 at UAS BFI Vienna 

Closing date of Registration for the Raffle is 04.12.18 at 18:00. 
The profit distribution will take place at the end of our Social Inclusion Event of ESN on the 4th of December 2018. In the absence of a feedback from the winner, another winner will be raffled off.
The REALMIX Energy Drinks will be picked up by agreement with ESN BFI Vienna in Vienna, Austria. No delivery possible.
The lucky winner will be announced on the ESN BFI Vienna Facebookpage and Instagrampage.
The pick-up address will be communicated to the winner afterwards.
